Pre Owned In Great Condition only thing is around the edge where it was removed off a frame shows some rubbing but if framed again you wouldn't see that (but looks good with our a frame) and it has 3 little marks near shore with either some Soap and Water it should come out or a small touch up maybe just a lot little dab on each mark for a minor restoration Oil Painting is signed by Debra Fritsch has Double Sailboats by the Seashore Very Nice yet Simple Measures 24" x 18" Oil Painting on Canvas (Please View pictures provided for a better detailed description) This also has a note written by the Artist asking them to enjoy the Painting.
