Dead Creek Mill from Department 56. Harder to find piece. Comes in original packaging. Packaging has some wear. Also has shops paperwork (picture 2). Unfortunately the fishing pole and bats are missing. Small chip up by where the bats would go (picture 6). Otherwise in very nice cosmetic condition. Lights and wheel work great!.
