Original TransFIRMer two piece stackable and interlocking exercise step system with 2 DVDs. Excellent preowned condition. Has all 8 rubber feet. Two steps—one taller, one shorter. They can be used separately or be combined to form a 14" tall step when the two are nested. The TransFirmer also offers you the option of placing the top step at a 90 degree angle to the bottom step so it becomes an incline step. Amazing versatility with this step. They are very stable. Even when they are stacked, they interlock tightly so you don't run the risk of them coming apart under normal use. Approx dimensions Bottom blue step is 9” tall, 15” wide x 31” long Top teal step is 5.5” tall, 13” wide x 29” long When shops put together they make a taller step that is 14” tall I'm happy to answer any questions!
