Excellent condition retired zoo set. My son is selling it as he has outgrown it. It has been played maybe twice, then stored. You will receive everything in the photo. It is almost complete. All major parts are there. It is missing a few of small accessories some of which are noticed are 2 juice boxes, couple fish, red bottle?, bone). Stickers on some of the little accessories such as bottles and little magazines are coming off and I taped some of them. Glass on the penguin enclose has some small scratches from storage. I tried to picture an example of it. Non smoking and pet free home. Some minor imperfections such as scratches and marks migh exist that I might of missed. Instructions have some tape on the bottom. Will be partially disassembled for shipping. shops Otherwise this set is in excellent condition. We unfortunately do not have a lot of room to keep it.
