This is a BRAND NEW headset, I used it for maybe 1-2 days for maybe 2 hours total when I thought my last set broke. Turns out they didn't but I forgot to return this one in time and now my loss is your gain. Everything that came in the box is still there and in twist ties for the most part just out of its plastic bag, even the tape was cut with a knife so its all pristine. They worked great, but I am used to my old style of headset and just liked that feel better which is why I never migrated over to these.
