Phone is functional and works, Face ID doesn't work, volume up/down button shops doesn't work(use the screen to lower/raise the volume), screen is not cracked but does have scratches, back glass needs to be replaced, battery needs to be replaced. Was originally with AT&T, took it to them and now it's unlocked.
