PYREX VINTAGE MIXING BOWL SET! "World's most famous mixing bowl set," the Primary Colors set was the first of the Pyrex items produced on white opal ware with shops colored overlay. The set included four mixing bowls, which came in yellow, green, red and blue. They are labeled numbers 401, 402, 403 and 404. The first version was released in the 40s but these are the version that was redesigned in 1950, creating the version of Pyrex opal ware bowls with which we are now familiar. They have some wear as it can be expected from an object almost 70 years old, but they are still in fantastic condition! The red bowl has the most wear as in the others do not but inside of the red bowl is as flawless and still beautiful. All bowls still have their shiny finish so not matte Measurement 401 Blue 1 pint, 5 1/2 inches diameter 402 Red 11/4 quart 7 inches diameter 403 Green 2 1/2 quart 8 1/2 inches 404 Yellow 4 quart 10 inches diameter.
