This is an absolutely beautiful piece! It is used but in my opinion it's in pristine condition and I couldn't find any signs of wear at all to the building. The adapter, topiary accessory and tree are included. The box does show some wear and tear, shops including rips at the top back corners. Styrofoam also has some wear and tear; see last photo.
