"Frankie" is a one of a kind customized American Girl doll. She was made from a well-love Truly Me 58 doll whose hair was originally solidified into a ponytail, but has since been washed, detangled, and re-curled. Additionally, she has custom makeup and freckles which has all been fully sealed. Also, she has a silver nose hoop which has been permanently glued. Her shops vinyl limbs have been buffed free of most imperfections, and they've also been tightened so that she can stand on her own and hold a pose. Frankie is sold with her clothing.
