Expensive, excellent quality professionally framed thick antiqued gold wood frame. Comes with hanging wire shops on back. Back has some tears in the paper. There is some minor cloudiness on the back side of the glass that just needs to be cleaned, but paper would have to be removed to clean the glass. No matting. Black background is all needlepoint.
