Spot less and clean collection Hello I've had these for a while and I'm just looking to get rid off them! I am willing to negotiate the price just message me that's all :) And yes it comes with the binder they are double sleeved and the binder provides huge protection. This will also come with the box that has a bunch of sleeved cards. Some American version but mostly Japanese versions of the cards I just had a bunch of them cause I think the card back looked shops cooler.
