This stunning, vintage damascene jewelry set was made in & marked 'Japan'. The set is in very good condition based on its age. This can be verified with the pics. There is no breakage or noticeable damage. No pieces of this set have been cleaned as the buyer should have that choice. All pieces are gold plated along with gold also embedded in the various Japanese scenes. Some of the pics were darkened to allow for better visual identification of the individual sceneries. The main shapes of the links are fans shops with alternating flowers. All pieces have a black background for the imagery. These are the approximate measurements: Necklace, 17.5 " long + 1.25" attached accent. The largest fan is 1.5" wide, smaller fans .75" wide. Bracelet: 1.5" inside to inside with the outside 3" side to side. It measured 2. 125 " dia. with caliper. The bracelet is small to me but was likely made for Japanese women who are generally of a smaller frame. The earrings are screw back & are .75" wide x .50" L.
