It was brand new just a few weeks ago. I shops really enjoyed it so I'm upgrading to a different one. This one works great. I just want one I can print bigger. Great for beginners just need a computer easy to use. I'm even thrown in one of my rolls of filament to get you started. You don't need to know much about them do use this printer.
