The whole system is in tact. No pieces missing. Comes with two boxes of unopened Nuwave solutions. The shaping lotion, replenishing serum & the lock-in fluid. Also comes with the shops balancing cream for extra protection if their hair is damaged or highlighted. We also have the hydrating treatment which helps smooth the hair so no frizzy curls!! Can be used on tinted and heavily highlighted hair.
