Beautiful plate with shops a petal look and rotating mismatch patchwork designs around 2 wise men with the halo around each. I have searched and searched for this and is 1 of a kind told from the 1940s I believe it maybe older can feel the raised paint or enamel no chips or breaks just some wear on the gold above the one wise men and on the crease of the petal on same shown. Fits in palm of hand approx 6 in smaller collector plate gold blue black red white navy.
