I run a daycare and we are slowly removing some of the items as the group i have grow and I transition out of doing daycare. The item has been well loved but is still in good condition- a few signs of wear from normal use. This is not the dollhouse version. This is the full sized baby station. At the longest point it is about 3ft 6in. At the tallest point it is 2ft 2 in. This station has the bathtub that flips to the diaper changing pad of shops bed. And 2 high chairs on the ends. Item has had a full wipe down and will be disassembled before being packed and shipped. This is very easy to put back together the white high chairs just snap back into place. No screws or anything to get lost or deal with. As always coming from a smoke free home. This has been packed up with recycled materials my local stores are out of my normal packing bubbles and other things that I use so it has some fabric and cotton all wrapped around it and other miscellaneous things that I used to pack it.
