it does not turn on, this is just for scrap. I just want to get rid of it because it doesn't work. the serial number is shops shown in 3rd picture. the charger does not have a plug. if you can get it to work it will be extremely laggy. will negotiate the price. will take apart to send specific parts if asked to.
