This Gorgeous Hand Painted plate is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. In one of the black sections there is a black paint flaw. You can see this in my last picture. This plate was shops made this way. The gold on the plate is in wonderful condition for it's age with hardly any wear at all, if any, to the gold. I only see 2 minuscule places that are so very small you have to really look hard to even find them. It looks to me like it was painted that way & is not wear. **Info on the maker** Richard Klemm founded a porcelain decorating studio in Striesen bei Dresden in 1869. The porcelain was obtained primarily from the Meissen factory itself. The decorating style of Richard Klemm closely matched that of the Meissen factories at that time. He often used a heavily applied style that focused on florals.
