This is the 2007 Spirit Halloween Donna the Dead animatronic. There are a couple of issues with her. Her audio does not work, and the severed head does not vibrate/light up. The animation and lights in her eyes work fine. She also has a small crack on her base. She comes with the original adapter, but does not have the original box.
