Practically new, used it for some projects. Works perfectly. Plates come included but as you can see plates have been used. Magnetic plate has marks from the dies. Will include embossing folder as well. Will add an extra gift with purchase. I no longer use the mini because I tend to use my large Empress and shops my gemini.
