The base is made from solid plastic, well the wooden side panels and roof pieces are made from beautiful birch-face plywood - an unusual combination but its really works beautifully for this barn. On the top level is a second floor used as an hayloft for storing animal feed and accessories, * it does not include: the functional winch with rope to lift the accessories to this level through the open window*** this is missing. *there may be other small parts missing but overall it's in great condition as long as you understand that it doesn't have 100% of the pieces.
