There is a small chip on the frame and their is one on the picture also. It's signed Cindy on the bottom right side and also a name is on the back C. H. Restner. The painting looks bright due to the flash in the first picture. Thanks and Enjoy. The 2nd is a oil on canvas painting also 11x14 painting is 8x10 is a gold frame.
