Vintage WWII US Navy Military Issue Kersey Wool Pea Coat Corduroy Lined Pockets This is a Vintage WWII US Navy Issue Kersey Wool Pea Coat. Coat has Corduroy lined pockets and is in good condition. There are 2 missing buttons. One inside and the bottom front. See pictures for size and measurements. Slimmer in cut than its modern counterparts, this WWII version is also made of rare 32oz Kersey wool, the heaviest and most impenetrable to the elements, and features mid-brown corduroy lined pockets. US Navy issue pea coat featuring double breasted construction, fouled anchor buttons and shops storm flap under collar. Corduroy-lined front slash pockets, plus interior right breast pocket and left change pocket; rear center vent. Fully lined in acetate; padded armscyes. Issued to “LEITL MA.".
