This set is from 2014. I think it is shops the most whimsical Christmas set has ever built. If you look at the prices on the secondary market most buyers would aggree. I have the box, the books and all the pieces. Do not have any extra pieces. The box and books are in good condition. My granddaughter and I put it together in 2014. Neither my wife or my daughter like the idea of seasonal displays of . Rather then seeing it sitting here wasting away I would love for it to find a good home. As always wash the bricks before your rebuild.
