These seem like these baseball cards are anniversary cards due to it being Topps 40 Years Of Baseball (box talks about an anniversary sweepstakes. This box of Baseball Cards has been in our holiday closet getting moved around for years and having things placed on it, including other trading cards. The plastic has started to rip and tear and come almost completely off, hence the Open Box. BUT all cards/packs are there. Box is not in the best of shape either- smashed in, rough and raw corners. The display rack shops box that you would tear along the lines is slowly coming open too. PLASTIC IS BARLEY HANGING ON.
