A little scratched on the shops back, strong case, and has a screen protector, also has been even cleaned out and is unlocked for any phone service. Also is included a brand new iPhone chord, but no cube for the wall. Works very well. I had no issues with it, it was a great emergency phone when my previous phone broke until I was able to get another phone.
