Gently used, and washed only once: in cold water with Seventh Generation naturally scented lavender detergent, in a linen bag to protect the charms and hang dried. I followed all the washing instructions to a T :) it's in perfect condition, I haven't noticed any imperfections at all. I loved these bags but am upgrading to a new print so I no longer need these.
