*Special Edition Gift Set* This item is in excellent condition. The only thing I noticed is either a manufacturer flaw or scratch, on the lower edge of the pediment, see photo #9. All accessories and booklets are included and they are also in excellent shape. No chips or cracks were observed. Light cord and twinkling colored lights on bushes were tested and work. Box shows wear and tear and is taped in shops one corner at the top.
