This is gorgeous!!! Rich deep velvet blue; has super cool shoulders puff up; gold ribbon; has beautiful brocade belt built in; ; scrollwork ribbon; This is like new and so pretty; waist = 11"; Shoulder to top of waist = 9"; bottom of waist shops to bottom hem = 30"; bottom of wrist = 3.5" A 22" waist puts this at a size 6 so that is why I am listing it that way; Smoke=free/ pet-friendly home. NO returns! I try my best to find all flaws/ - I use fabric softeners / Bin = Marigold.
