NWT- only removed for pictures. Cosmetic defect: The strap does show wider stitching holes this appears to affect the lower half of the one strap only(didn't remove paper strap holder to further inspect)- appears to be more related to strap being folded- once I can straighten the portion of strap it goes away. See last 2 pics. Pet free shops smoke free.
