The grey spots on the back of the boards are from sticky tack used to keep them up on the wall. This is only a minor cosmetic issue to the back and does not show or effect the board or picture on the front in any way 8 golden yen are included. They are not shops legal tender and are for decoration. They are gold plated and sturdy like thick cardstock.
