I've had no issues with the phone and it has been factory reset and is ready for shipment. Please do not ask if this phone is unlocked! Please see the last photo, it is an FAQ directly from Verizon's website stating all of their phones are automatically unlocked 60 days after purchased. Outside of that FAQ I don't have any additional information regarding the lock/unlock status of the phone. If you have any shops other questions please ask. I respond quickly!
