After pulling this out shops of the box I was very impressed with the quality of this machine. I've been in manufacturing my entire career and know quality ... this is quality. This doesn't appear to have been used. After inspecting it I didn't see any signs of water in the system. We believe it is New. Therefore, if you're looking for one of these, DON'T HESITATE!.
