You're going to want to sit down for this one. This lamp is a STUNNER! The photos do not do her justice. I'd say this vintage lamp is meant to be asian inspired, with a sort of cherry blossom painted motif and brass details. Greek key pattern on the base throws that off a bit. No maker mark I can find. Gourd shaped glass lamp with intricate gold painted floral design. Glass is slightly translucent and delicate. Metallic gold and soft apricot, rose, lavender and blue flowers. Little raised dots inside middle of flowers. Marble and brass base. Mid-century Modern (1960's). A real rare find. Approximate measurements. 7" square base. 26"ish. No cracks or flaws. As with all vintage electric shops items, please note this item should be re-wired before regular use. It is in working condition however. See photos.
