Used and semi-functional. Great buy for someone that is willing to put in the time. The screen cracked a few months ago and we took the iPad to UbreakIfix to have the screen repaired. When we got it shops back, parts of the screen were no longer responding to touch. You can still fully access the iPad but turning it in different orientations and the company has stated they can fix it but at this point, we no longer want to spend additional time taking it back for repair.
