A beautiful rare Victorian ceramic biscuit jar in cobalt blue and white on the outside and beautiful light green turquoise in the center of jar. This jar was made in the late 1800's "English Victorian antique biscuit at represents shops the best of Flo Blue. Blue Willow, and Staffordshire Historical Blue which are all names of various wares decorated with underglaze transfer designs in cobalt blue" In great vintage condition No chips or cracks some minor usage wear & scratches if any consistent with its vintage age.
