Product code: Leather shops crossbody bag (handmade)
This bag was handmade using mostly upcycled materials right down to the thread shops. The only features not upcycled are the gold, metallic threading featured on the bodice of the bag and the strap. The bag was designed using the original contours of the leather and suede. Please note that the bag has a distressed and vintage feel, featuring whimsical stitching patterns and an abstract heart-shaped pocket. I affectionately named it the "Wild thing 001". The lining and thread are polyester to avoid destruction from the tannins in the leather. The bodice is black, the flap is gold colored leather and the strap is a mixture of gold and beige embellishment. The closure on the bag is made from upcycled velcro and sewn in for extra assurance. I hope you enjoy this bag as much as I enjoyed making it! The dimensions of the bag are 8/9x13 in. With the flap down, the strap is 40 in. at full length, the flap when up is 5.75in. The inside pocket is 5x5.50in.
