This is a signed copy of Lancaster, PA own This or the Apocalypse's first album Sentinels. I picked this up at one of their shows and it is signed by the lead singer Rick. This self released album is from 2006, prior to them being signed and releasing Monuments, Haunt What's Left and Dead Years. Extremely hard to find a physical copy of this.
