It appears it was never used just purchased and stored but there are scuffs on the front edge around the face as well as on the back due to storage. Original box that has some writing on it as well as damage from storage. Item will be shipped in this shops box. We tested it and it works. We plugged it in and the clock started to run. There's a dial under the "Howdy" that you push in and turn to set the clock. The neon light is controlled by a pull chain. We understand the shipping on this item is quite high. With packaging to protect this item the weight is 20 pounds and the dimensions are 25x25x10.
