Like new. Always in a case and had screen protector on it. I take very good care of these. Unfortunately, it doesn't have enough space to suit my liking so I upgraded to an mp3 player that is almost 1 TB to better fit my needs. Since these aren't in production anymore it could be a collectors shops item in the near future. I paid well over $350 for it and so the price is firm.
