This is a Royal Albert China, England Old Country Roses cream and sugar basin made in England in 1962-1974, long before production was moved to Indonesia. The OCR or Old Country Roses by Royal Albert is in the most popular pattern in the world with a pretty floral pattern and sponged gold trim. The creamer is 3.5 inches high by 4 long by 3 in diameter and holds 6 ounces. The open sugar bowl or sugar basin is 2.5 inches high by 4.25 in diameter, and would be shops what is called the regular or standard size set as opposed to the individual or large sizes.
