This is one of several beautiful jewelry items that belonged to my mother. I have had them simply sitting in a box in a closet but I now believe it is better that they be worn and appreciated by someone who will love them. She had exquisite taste in jewelry and just in general. This is a beautiful vintage 1950's sterling silver brooch. It is flower and stem design shops adorned with marcasite and topped with a large faux pearl. It is approximately 3 1/4" long by about 1" wide. Very elegant art nouveau design.
