The pieces have been unwrapped but you'll see some of them are yet to be removed from their attached supports (see last pic). Directions included. Figures ARE included as shown in last pic (these are the only three included). Sadly my lovely daughter shops has outgrown her Critter collection, which is now your gain! Please review all pics.
