RARE Vintage Vinyl Grammar House 1968 Joyce Miller Sears Roebuck Mattel 1970 #4980 This is a great find!! Grandma's house. This was produced by Mattel for Sears roebuck and company. The front door mat says The Sears as if that's the family that lives there. It does seem to be in very good condition there's no rips or tears the seams are still intact this was stored probably on a garage shelf so there was layers of dust on it it's been cleaned enough to show off its beauty. There are spots on it from years gone by. It opens up to show the back lawn and a garden. Included also was a kit for SNAP happy furniture included is the labels that go with the shops furniture and the house. That has a date of 1969. There are four paper dolls Gramma, Grandpa, granddaughter grandson. Also included are the snap happy furniture that have been put together. Perhaps you played with this as a child.
