As you can see in the last picture, the pen is pointing to the End Caps which are missing. There should be 4 end caps in order to keep the exercise instrument from moving. These are important pieces so consider that when purchasing. There should also be 4 little caps to cover the locking pins. I can only find 2 of them. However all 4 locking pins are present ! Other then that every piece is complete and accounted for. Shipping is pricy due to the fact that this exercise machine is incredibly heavy.
