Nintendo DS in black. Tested and works with games. It does have a few small imperfections on the right side as seen in the pic, but it does not effect game play. All buttons pressed great with no sticky issues. Lid is secure like the 1st day it was purchased and not lose or wobbly. No charger and no game shops is included, but it comes with the stylus.
