This is a new item but it needs a chip replacement where the firmware is stored in order to work. I'm pretty sure my dad was in the middle of shops upgrading and didn't finish causing it to block. I was told this by a expert the preamps n such are all functional I really don't know anything about it it was my dad's. Any questions pm me thank you.
