Untested PS4 CUH-1001A Hard Drive is included (500GB Toshiba I'm throwing in) it slides into the slot fine but also untested Powers ON Disc Drive is Working The Blue LED Power light blinks slowly Power button may be jammed as it don't click but works HDMI port not working apparently but likely the original audio/video port should work. No controllers, No cables or cords I didn't have a controller to do any other testing than powering it on shops & video/sound, disc drive.
