I'm thinning out my J Scott Campbell collection, part of that includes this copy of X-Men Legends 1 E virgin variant by J Scott Campbell signed with COA. While I'm not a professional grader I would absolutely say this book is NM grade worthy at the least. Due to the shops price and this being one of the hardest to find from this line, this will be shipped with extreme care being placed in a cardboard shipper that will be bubble wrapped and placed in a box for shipment.
