I put some batteries in it and I can hear static when I turn it on, but then it goes away shortly after. The battery compartment has a end piece of plastic that broke off and is held together with gorilla tape. Back of radio is missing screw and one of the sides of the handles shops is missing an end cap. There are some scratches and a dent on outside and the inside could probably be cleaned up. selling as is. Feel free to message with any questions.
